Bernd Schrüfer

Bernd Schrüfer has more than twelve years' experience in private equity and company financing.

After his studies in business science, he worked at HypoVereinbank for seven years. Between 1998 and 2004, he served as co-founder and CEO of EXTOREL GmbH, the family office and holding company of the Strascheg family. At Extorel, among other things, he assisted several succesful IPOs, as well investments in portfolio companies and more than 30 private equity funds.

At the same time, he spent seven years managing the the Strascheg Family Office. He served as CEO for Falk Strascheg Holding GmbH, the holding company of the founder of Technologieholding, an early VC company in German business.

Benedict Rodenstock

Benedict Rodenstock has a background of ten years' international industry experience in management consulting, technology, finance, and media, three years of which in the private equity industry.

Among his former employers are Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, WEB.DE, and Hubert Burda Media. Mr. Rodenstock holds an MBA from the University of Sankt Gallen, Switzerland, a Certificate in Internet Technologies from New York University, USA, and a Master of Arts in Contemporary History from the University of Bologna, Italy.

Dieter Zimmermann

Dieter Zimmermann looks back to four years' experience in private equity. In 2004, he founded Lucatis Partners GmbH together with Bernd Schrüfer. He studied business economics and electrical engineering.
